Thinking of building your own studio gym here in Canberra? We at First Sheds were tasked with this whole project from start to finish. We started with the initial earthworks that included bulk and detail excavations, followed by plumbing works, and then the pouring of concrete to serve as a base for the structure.

We then proceeded with the construction of the structure itself which included steel framing and rafters with insulation batts, WeatherTex weatherboard cladding painted in surf mist, and a colorbond-finished roof.

We then focused on the interior, working first on the floors and then using plasterboard walls and ceilings as internal finishes. The bathroom was outfitted with a shower, basin, and vanity. We also included a full ensuite bathroom, including the supply of the toilet, shower, and vanity.

First Sheds also handled the full electrical fit-out that included double GPOs, downlights, smoke detectors, in-wall exhaust fans, external wall lights, and light switches.
