This Kambah studio was built to match the garage, with new Colorbond MATT Range cladding. First Sheds handled the approval for this shed, however on some blocks no approval would be required (see approvals info here). The client completed the studio fitout by installing simple timber vinyl floors (like these from edgewoods in Fyshwick) gyprocking the walls, installing a ceiling and installing down lights. This studio is simple, sleek and a cheap way to get that extra, office, playroom, or teeange retreat. Click here to check out the garage.

WHATS INCLUDED: This project included earthworks, concrete slab, material supply, construction and project management. The approval was handled in conjunction, with the garage on the block.
