A nice little project where we combined a single car garage and single car carport in tandem! This design is really useful on blocks where there is more room lengthwise than widthwise but you still need to park two cars. 

The project was completed in downer, where it is typical for blocks to need a full DA & BA approval (check out approval details here!) This is usually due to houses having a party wall or the size of the blocks.

 Unlike a lot of shed resellers First Sheds not only sells you material but completes the full build under our building license as well as handling the approvals. Our earthworks crew, concreters & shed builders are all in house staff and not subcontracted. Our team is managed by our project manager who is your point of contact during the build.
