This style of project maximises First Sheds point of difference in the Canberra shed and garage market. This difference is our smooth process AND our all in house staff.
STEP 1: Our office team dealt with the entire approval process and handed it over to our in house project manager Jordan.
STEP 2: Our project manager booked the work into our schedule and organised our crews
STEP 3: Our in house concrete crew prepped the site, dug piers and trenches and poured the concrete slab
STEP 4: The kit arrived and our in house construction crew built the shed, installed the windows doors and roller doors.
STEP 5: Electrical is fitted off and our project manager booked in the final inspection with the certifiers
STEP 6: We have a final handover meeting and a certificate of occupancy is issued by ACTpla
Thats it! no waiting on the schedule of separate subcontractors. no squabbling between different trades. All in house, no hassle.
Everyone of our full projects has a designated project manager assigned to it to ensure the process runs smoothly.

WHATS INCLUDED: This project included earthworks, concrete slab, material supply, construction, and project management. The approval was handled in house by our approvals management team!
*As always, the price of a project is highly dependent on the amount of earthworks to be completed, whether services need to be run in (plumbing, stormwater and electrical) and the exact dimensions and details of the shed.
