Double Garage and Workshop 6m x 11m – KAMBAH
This shed was constructed in Kambah, and approved under the Single Residential Dwelling Code. First sheds designed the structure to be as big as possible for the block and client needs.
The height was 2.8m, and colours used were Windspray for the walls, and Night Sky for the Roof. The shed was constructed directly against an existing carport. Originally there was an old fence, which First Sheds removed. We then completed all earthworks and concreting, including trenches for the stormwater and electrical. The shed was constructed by our in house crew, and included some sky lights for natural light, as the client was planning on spending lots of time in there. Stormwater was hooked up as part of the construction process.
Electrical works were organised by First Sheds, in this shed was 3 powerpoints, 4 batten lights, a sub board in the shed, switch on mains, and a 15A circuit so the client could do heavy works on cars and welding.

WHATS INCLUDED: This project included earthworks, concrete slab, material supply, electrical fitout, stormwater connection, construction, and project management. The approval was handled in house by our approvals management team!
