Garage 7.0m x 6.0m – ISABELLA PLAINS

This project was to revamp the front the of clients block, including removing the existing fencing, cutting back the existing driveway and bringing the yard all up to the required level to blend the new driveway into the roller doors. This double garage was done out of the Colorbond color Monument, with Surfmist Roller doors. To get this shed approved First Sheds suggested adding a roller door on the rear of the shed. This means that minimum access requirements can be maintained through the shed in order to satisfy service providers that may have assests on your block. This might be a manhole for ICON water or a electrical pole for EVO ENERGY. This is a very common solution that means your shed can still go where it makes sense for you to park cars even if it blocks access to the yard. This has kept the backyard nice and secure, whilst still being able to tick all the boxes at approval time! Our in house crew hooked this bad boy up to storm water, as well as incorporating a strip drain. Area around the strip drain was landscaped at a later date.

WHATS INCLUDED: This project included earthworks, concrete slab, material supply, construction, stormwater connection, installation of strip drain, and project management. The approval was handled in house by our admin team!
