The Boat Fits!

This 4.8m tall shed was completed in Murrumbateman, New South Wales. Its a great example of First Sheds knowledge of planning and development rules and how we managed to get this structure legally approved and to the size of what the client required. Yass valley council did not want to approve this customers shed, however there is framework set out in the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 (Codes SEPP) for private certifiers to approve sheds with what is called a CDC. This client was therefore able to get his shed approved without council. The entire process of this shed, including full approvals management, project design, earthworks, construction of concrete sab, shed construction and storm water connection was done by us in house. The shed features 2 motorised roller doors, along with windows and roof insulation. The shed was completed in Woodland Grey with Basalt roller doors and windows.
