This great look was achieved by combining a woodgrain style roller door with sleek monument cladding.  even a rainbow came out on photo day! This project was actually an oversized double car garage, with an extra two metres of length included for workshop/ storage area. This is a very popular size because on a lot of blocks in Canberra, including this one in Scullin, this can be approved exempt from DA, meaning approvals can come through in as 4-6 weeks (check out approval details here!) 

Unlike a lot of shed resellers First Sheds not only sells you material but completes the full build under our building license as well as handling the approvals. Our earthworks crew, concreters & shed builders are all in house staff and not subcontracted. Our team is managed by our project manager who is your point of contact during the build. For this project we completed the following

• Initial quote, site visit & design
• Drafting and approvals (DA exempt BA drafting, lodgement & management)
• Earthworks to prepare the garage site including demolition and removal of old concrete
• Stormwater connection
• Plumbing for a wash basin in garage
• Concreting + additional concreting to to the front of the garage to extend the current driveway.
• Shed construction
• Electrical fit off
• All under First Sheds building license and our in house Project Management!
