First Sheds is Canberra’s leader when it comes to building and designing industrial sheds. This shed was specifically designed and bespoke for the client to suit the requirements of their business. The shed was designed high to accommodate and fit industrial equipment and machines inside. We also included industrial grade reinforced concrete paving, to withstand car carriers and heavy rigid vehicles. We included a 1.8M powder coated fence surrounding the warehouse and implemented bushfire safety measures.

First Sheds managed the whole development of this warehouse, from the design, full approvals to slab construction and shed build. We installed a 10,000 litre rainwater tank, roof ventilators, security cameras and sensor lights. We also provided and managed all electrical and plumbing works including a full bathroom fitout.

The whole shed was constructed in Colorbond Pale Eucalyptus, which has been quite popular in rural areas in the past few years.
