15 x 20 Rural Style Shed – BURRA

Situated a beautiful property in Burra we are very proud of this shed.

Our scope was earthworks, concrete slab, material supply and construction of this large shed, sitting at 15m x 20m long there is plenty of room. We installed 5 motorised roller doors, roof insulation and a sliding glass door. The roof & Roller doors were completed in Colourbond Woodland Grey, the walls in Shale Grey.

This shed sits at 300sqm as this is the maximum allowed on an E3 or E4 block in QPRC as set out in their development control plan (see another example here). This being said, there is no state legislation that mandates this rules and therefore it is possible to make an application to vary the DCP, if you have a good reason to have over 300sqm of shed. First Sheds has argued this successfully in the past!
