Francis Supple
Director
Francis Supple has been the director of First Sheds since its founding in 2016. Francis holds a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management and has held a commercial (Class B) Building licence for the last 10 years. Francis has managed over $30 million worth of projects for First Sheds. Francis is also an accomplished residentail builder having built many, houses, townhouses, granny flats & units.
Jordan Flynn
Project Manager
Jordan is an incredible asset to this team. Having started on the tools with First Sheds in 2018 Jordan has transitioned into being a team leader and now the Senior Project Manager at First Sheds. Jordan is responsible for the day to day operations of our in house, earthworks, concrete and shed building teams. Having managed over 500 successful shed projects Jordan knows the shed building process back to front better than anyone in Canberra. Jordan also liases with certifiers to ensure the mandatory inspections are carried out on your shed project.
Nic Darmody
Project Consultant
Nic, or Darmo as he is known to the team, lives and breathes sheds and has an absolute passion for designing and bringing your shed project alive. Nic has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge with him to First Sheds. There is not another person in Canberra who can design a succesful shed project better than Darmo. Nothing is outside of his expertise, whether it is residential, commercial or rural.
Nic Hall
Project Consultant
Being with First Sheds since 2017, Nic knows the shed game inside out. Nic specializes in Large Rural Sheds, as well as all inclusive commercial projects. Nic is particularly adept at designing steel buildings to be exempt from Development approval, saving time and money

Mark Supple
Admin & Approvals Team
Mark works across a number of the First Sheds Group companies, heading up approvals and drafting at Simple Site Plans & Canberra Drafting. Mark works diligently to ensure your project progresses through the tricky approval process. .
Aimee Jacques
Office Manager
Aimee is the heartbeat of First Sheds, no matter the project big or small it comes across the desk of Aimee who ensures it runs smoothly. From contract administration, approvals, through to colour selection and customer service Aimee understands the whole process of delivering a successful shed project. Aimee provides the invaluable bridge between quoting & design, construction, and clients to keep First Sheds running smoothly
